"Excellent! Big complements to your company, as we have had our first chilly day here in RI with the temperature dipping to 48 in the river valleys. Using the Waterproof Breathable Rain Jacket and a long sleeved jersey, I lengthened the commute to a 22 mile clothing test trip. I found that the breathability of the jacket combined with opening the pit zips after a few miles worked out very well. I arrived at work two hours later with my jersey only minimally wet. I love the waterproof breathable jacket. It was 21 F this morning when I rode in on my 12 mile commute, and it worked great. The big pit zips make a huge difference on ventilation. I have a fairly hilly ride, and it is difficult to avoid excessive sweating when after climbing BUT not freeze on the downhills - your jacket does great and is a good value. I just wanted to tell you guys how much I love the Breathable Rain Jacket I bought last September. I waited 5 months before giving you this review to make sure it survived an Oregon winter. I'm a bike commuter in rainy Eugene, Oregon and put about 4000 miles a year in. I've been riding for 8 years and this jacket is by far, the best in price and function. Most jackets twice the price don't work half as well. The design flap of fabric over the zipper really helps keep you completely dry no matter how much wind and rain is beating down on you. I purchased two of your waterproof breathable rain jackets two years ago, and have been so impressed with the functionality and quality of this jacket for bicycling. I commute to work daily on my bicycle and have used your jacket countless times in the rain. Hi, I have this jacket and really love it. It's finally dawned on me, after many years, that it's never going to wear out, so I think I may buy another, just to have on the shelf in case I ever come to need it. I would hate to be without one. By the way, if you made this exact same jacket in navy, I would definitely buy one and probably sleep in it and also wear it in the shower! That would be the ultimate jacket. Hello Friends, I bought the J&G Yellowjacket over 2 years ago. This is a well made product and am well pleased with how well it has held up. It has excellent breathable qualities and the reflective striping is reassuring riding early morning (mostly dark) hours I ride Seattle streets and bike paths every day of the week year round. It is a fine windbreaker. The Yellowjacket was exactly what I was looking for. I also wear it strolling the neighborhood and am grateful I am visible to motorists with the reflective features of this jacket. It always emerges from the washer looking like new. I also have the touring shorts and helmet cover from J&G and have found them also to be quality and durable cycling products. Thank you for quality cycling clothing at civilized pricing.
